What are the best London Kids Attractions? In London kids have fun with many kinds of attractions. There are indoor and outdoor activities. If you visit London with your children, look for children places. Kids will remember, London is a fun place to visit.

Mostly main museums have family events and special activities for children. Don't forget to ask at the desk, kids are always happy to get crayons, backpack, pencils, pads... If the weather is nice, think about parks. The parks in London have playgrounds, picnic areas, bicycle trails...

V&A Museum of Childhood is located few steps to the Museum Gardens. The museum is on Cambridge Heath Road and you can come with the Underground, Bethnal Green station. Free admission to the museum. Many galleries with all kind of games, activities, exhibitions. Your kid will enjoy computer games, electric train, game boy, playStation, arts & crafts, puppets theaters, building toys... Beautiful collections of dolls, doll’s houses, old games, figures. A great place for children birthday parties.

ZSL London Zoo is at a walking distance of Camden Town or Regent’s Park. The zoo is open every day (not Christmas). Watch tigers, lions, elephants, baby animals...Fun activity in London Zoo: become a keeper for a day at the zoo (adult and junior 11 to 15 years old, Course Friendly Spider Programme. Did you know you can stay a night in the zoo, there are unique lodges next to the rhinos. The zoo is a perfect place for a birthday Party.

The Battersea Park Children’s Zoo is situated in the Battersea Park. It opens every day. Not so big that the ZSL London Zoo but a great place for watching monkeys, lemurs, chipmunks... Look for feeding times. Good birthday party place. Tube station: Sloane Square

The Battersea Park has also one of the best children playgrounds, the Adventure playground suitable for kids from 5 to 16 years old. Don't miss the Guiness Clock in the Festival of Britain Pleasure Gardens. In the park there are birds, insects, squirrels... A perfect place to rest: the cafe by the lake. 

Science Museum is close to the Natural History Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum. Tube station: South Kensington station. Here, there is an IMAX cinema. The museum has interesting galleries for kids (Flight Gallery). Don't miss the big machine, the Launchpad, kids love it. The Apollo 10 command module 1969 is on display at the museum. A great place for birthday parties.

Puppet Theatre Barge is situated in the Little Venice Central London. Address: 78 Middleton Road. Offers Puppet shows. Traditional children’s tales.
